Same enzyme as the big brand supplements. Hard to know how active the actual enzymes are though 🤷🏻 ♂️

Is that the deciding factor? I'm newly lactose intolerant and unfortunately trying to figure all of this out without much help from my dietician other than, "don't eat that". Which, yes, I get it. I should stop eating it, at the same time, I love ice cream and the dairy free/lactose free ones are not comparable.

Same here about a year ago. Assuming it's an intolerance and not an allergy, I tried lactase first (lactojoy is my go-to), which worked for me, but some people still have trouble so this one here helps with more than just the sugar breakdown. Unfortunately ice cream is too dense in lactose that I still can't have it without issues.

Dairy free ice creams from the "lactaid" brand are comparable now. They've come a long way.

Yes and it did NOT work well for me 😅😬. I may have not taken enough (3 per serving of dairy) but man, I hoped it'd be a little better than what felt like nothing

I wish there was something for dairy allergy. I get acne like a day or two after eating dairy.
