Are the water shoes really as tough as the name suggests? I had similar ones and they didn't last long.

These or similar shoes should last you at least a couple of years if you take care of them well. I have some from like 7 years ago but i have used them maybe 10 times total though. Remember to rinse them with fresh water after each use in the water. And if drying it outside. Don't let it get too much sun or the plastic will dryout and crack quickly too. And then store them close to room temp. They should last you longer this way at least
