Don't worry, it pops up every 2 weeks. That was how long we waited. Seems like a SD targeted deal.

Keyboard is good, heavy though. Headphones and stand is trash. Strongly recommend to buy a Z stand if you need to place it on a stand.

I've been tracking this model for some time now. It seems to go on sale for this price quite often lately which makes sense since it's the back-to-school season and parents are prepping for the fall. Do you think a better deal might pop-up in the coming weeks? I saw it went all the way down to 469 last year although with a rebate and it didn't come in a bundle which is ok with me since the bundled stuff is junk anyways.

Yes. We missed the deal last time and waited for a couple weeks without luck. I called Adorama customer service to see if they will honor the discounted price. Of course not. I checked Slickdeals one more time and pulled the trigger on a Casio. A few hours later this deal showed up on Slickdeals. I checked Adorama directly and the price was still $699. Clicked on the link from Slickdeals, and the price showed as $569. I canceled Casio and got this Roland.

Can confirm, we ordered the last time this was posted and I just set the stand out in the garage. Keyboard slides around on it and the X bracing is not geared towards playing seated.

Was able to find an "open box" KSC-70 on Reverb (it was definitely new) for a good rate. Use the make offer button for any listing to save an easy 10-15% off listings there.
