Sonos is having massive issues with their app and ecosystem since they did a major app overhaul a few months ago. Many people are fleeing Sonos.

I have a Sonos Arc, sub, Move, One, and 4 Sonos speakers from IKEA… not sure I'd invest in Sonos right now.

The 700 and 900 series soundbars should/have to be on 2.4ghz wifi or directly wired to the sub, otherwise you'll get a popping noise on the sub.

Idk if this is a problem on the ultra but something to be aware about since the model of the sub hasn't been updated.

I have had 900 soundbar for over couple years now. I have nothing good to say about it. It never connects to my Samsung TV and is pretty much useless as we don't use it 95% of the time. It would connect sometimes after few reboots. If you Reddit Bose 900 + Samsung TV, you'll find tons of people have similar issues. Of course, YMMV but I thought I'd put it out there. I regret spending the $ on this soundbar

Yeah not everyone could qualify to get it at that price so it's not really apples to apples.

If you could scroll back to my post history from 6 years ago, no one shilled harder for Bose than me.

Having said that, you can get so much more bang for the buck than this, by building it out yourself.
