the hair gets stuck in the roller so often and the only way to remove the rollers is disassemble the whole bottom part. It is the most annoying thing ever

Spoke to chat about the $25 discount and had a code. She said can not do, I'd have to cancel and reorder. And when I add the $25 code I lose the $50 upgrade discount. Maybe I just got a bad chat person.

Weird on samsung app it shows 119 in my cart but in my cb app it shows 149. This is without edu discount since it keeps directing me

yea I would try another rep, I told the rep that I added the $25 vacuum coupon, checkout accepted it and I see the cart showing $50 upgrade discount, but the price doesn't show the $50 discount even though it's listed in my cart, the rep just said no worries and gave me another code to use instead
