If my quick math is right, this is about double the price of what would be a "cheap" price for the equal amount of loads in liquid. If that makes sense

I did a similar quick math based on a recently bought 88-load Tide jug that was ~9 dollars, so 10 cents/load. This deal amounts to 20 cents/load. Tide and Persil are definitely in the same quality range (some say Persil is actually better, but let's forget about that.) So yeah, liquid detergent is cheaper than this.

Was starting to worry I'd run out of Persil before a new deal came along. Thanks!

What are the two products in the pack? One is detergent, what's the other? I try not to use fabric softener on my clothes and I'm wondering if that's what's the other half of the pack.

Persil is up there with the best, but has anyone who used these had the same problems as with other brands where only part of the pac dissolves and the other 90% is stuck into their clothes like gum? I tried using hot water only and still the issue happened too much to make it worth it because I'd have to redo the load over, and I'm not exactly a fan of doing even one load.

I got the liquid persil it was good for everything but jeans. Faded em to the point I had to get rid of them.

Lesson learned, BTW I usually use tide for my jeans and never had an issue.

Soak them in a lestoil and water solution (1 to 5 ratio) and they dissolve in an hour or so.

Yes, I've heard of this happening with Pacs. Not just Persil but all pacs. Top Load washers seem to have the biggest issue with them.

Happens more often when it's cold outside (colder water). It's more trouble but putting the pods in a mesh bag then tossing in with the laundry works well for me. Also add it in the tub before the clothes.
