At this point, it's best to get Qi2 if you can. On an Apple device, it functions the same as MagSafe, plus it's more backward- and forward-compatible with non-Apple devices.
I doubt this will just be Qi1. Will post the link to check soon
Doesn't look like this is certified

unfortunately, they provide just two stacking that bring it to, $38.33
I bought this exact Lisen cube last time it was on Slickdeals. I returned it because the Watch charging is slow and limited to the pre-Watch 7 series speeds. Perfectly acceptable if you dock your Watch overnight, but crap if you want a quick bedtime battery boost before sleep-tracking.
The iPhone charging was 15w (or at least 10+ and definitely not a wimpy 7.5. I forget the wireless speed tiers.) I didn't spend too much time concerning myself with the phone's exact charging speeds once I realized the Watch speeds were garbage.
Build-wise this thing is nice and sleek. Compact, portable, and doesn't feel cheap of flimsy. The hinge for the phone is sturdy, the phone magnet strong, and the Watch/earbud/etc attachment fits nicely in an underside cubby on the cube.
I've also owned a couple Lisen car mounts. They make one that mounts securely to air vents, but with a nice offset paddle for magnetic phone placement so your A/C can still blast cold/hot air directly at you instead of being impeded by your phone.
Edit: pretty sure this is the car mount I use.

I charge mine on my bedside table at night and when I wake up the next morning, Bob's your uncle.
I'm not a runner so I assume a lot of that activity kills the battery?
Unrelated: I wonder if fast vs slow charging has the same effect on phone batteries as it does on rechargeable lithium ion batteries (AA, AAA, etc). i.e. degrades the lifespan significantly. Anyone know? It's been years since I read that and phone batts may be different now.
Like many others I wear mine for sleep tracking, so fast charging is a must for me. I charge mine at lunch and will usually give it a 30m charge, before bed, if I've gone on a longer walk or hike.
As far as fast chargers impact on your battery lifespan, it will take a hit, but since most can get a day out of a charge it shouldn't be a huge hit. My Series 7 is almost 2 years old and my battery health is currently at 85%. Use mine every day and only time I have it off is to charge or if I'm taking a shower.

Honest companies like Anker have had to turn into luxury brands and increase prices to stay profitable because Amazon lets scammers lie and cheat.
