If you don't get the offer, click nevermind. If you hit cancel again, it will cancel it without an additional confirmation. No offer for me and I was able to reactivate easily enough, just wanted to share this to save someone else time

Do you mean you clicked cancel and instead of the pop up it just cancelled it? no second confirmation screen/pop-up to make sure you wanted to cancel?
I clicked the cancel sub button, then it asks to select a reason for canceling, so I chose the cost-related reason and it fully canceled me. Frown
