I borrowed JP2: The Chaos Continues from a friend who worked at the library who could check out games for free. I still remember being amazed by voice-overs in a SNES game at the time (I didn't own a good PC then, much less one with a CD-ROM that would have done such things easily) and the first couple lines have stayed in my head all this time.

"Ingen must be eliminated. I will have control of Jurassic Park."

I was never really good at the game though.

SNES JP was one-of-a-kind with its top-down and 3D first-person maps. If you keep your eyes peeled you'll find letters from the alphabet scattered throughout the game which was part of a mail-in contest.

I remember liking the point and click Jurassic Park game for Sega CD. I don't remember any of these games.

It was a really fun game, with pretty good 16-bit graphics. Especially the couch Co-op. I remember playing for hours.

Shame that it doesn't include The Lost World for Genesis. Seems like a good deal either way, though.

If I hadn't found my grandpa's old SNES cartridge and finally beaten it a few years ago I would be tempted by this. That was a legit great game, and I enjoyed it even almost 30 years later. The main thing that kept me from beating it as a kid was that I had no idea what all the objectives were, so it was nice to be able to know that from the start.
The Genesis game doesn't hold up nearly as well, since there are so many great platformers out there. The Velociraptor mode is still fun, though. The coolest part about playing as Grant is when the T-Rex busts through the wall and eats you.

I remember spending the night at a friend's house and playing that Genesis game circa 1996. We had pizza bites and I think spaghetti-o's for dinner while the mom played the JP movie soundtrack on their boombox. Does it get any more 90's than that? Man I remember feeling nervous even playing the game because that movie was just about the scariest thing I'd ever seen as a kid. But I was so stoked to be playing Genesis because it was so much more detailed than my Sega Game Gear…

SNES game is LEGIT GOOD! back in the day, the exploration, first person action, etc. Loved this game growing up. My cousin had the game and it was all I wanted to play and never beat. Time to get it.

I remember a PS1 game about The Lost World where you played as dinosaurs and humans. That was a difficult game

My favorite Jurassic Park game isn't in there. I was a fan of the Game Gear game. It was brief but different from all the others. I enjoyed it.
