Note that I've tried to purchase computers twice from Dell Refurb (one laptop, one desktop). Both times I got PCs that needed to be returned due to defects. I know that's only a sample size of two, but their QA department does seem to be lacking, based on past responses from other SD'ers. Luckily returns are relatively easy and no cost (other than your time to pack it up and bring it back to Fedex; no UPS), but be prepared to fully check out your computer right away if you're going to buy one of these.

"The Quadro P620 and GTX1650 are both graphics processing units (GPUs), but they are designed for different use cases.
The Quadro P620 is a professional-grade GPU targeted towards workstation and rendering applications. It features 512 CUDA cores, 4GB of GDDR5 memory, and a maximum power consumption of 45W. The Quadro P620 is optimized for tasks such as 3D modeling, CAD, video editing, and rendering, where stability, precision, and reliability are critical. The main advantages of the Quadro P620 are its better performance in professional software, more accurate color representation, and support for features like ECC memory and NVIDIA Mosaic multi-display technology.
In contrast, the GTX1650 is a consumer-grade GPU designed for gaming and general-purpose computing. It has 896 CUDA cores, 4GB of GDDR5 memory, and a maximum power consumption of 75W. The GTX1650 is better suited for gaming, light content creation, and everyday computing tasks. The main advantages of the GTX1650 are its lower price point and better performance-per-watt ratio compared to the Quadro P620.
For rendering work, the Quadro P620 would generally be the better choice. The Quadro series is optimized for professional applications and can provide more reliable and consistent performance, as well as support for features like GPU-accelerated rendering in software like Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max. The Quadro P620 also has better precision and stability, which can be important for high-quality rendering tasks.
However, the GTX1650 may be a more cost-effective option for hobbyists or individuals who do not require the full feature set of the Quadro P620. It can still perform reasonably well in rendering tasks, but may not offer the same level of performance, stability, and software optimization as the Quadro P620."

Not bad. Kinda in the range of a ryzen 5 8000 series iGPU like the Radeon 740m.
But this laptop is also 200$ and a laptop with the 740m is closer to 1000$

Would this be more than enough for that?
