If it's not too busy do your mobile order at the restaurant and just tell them you're picking it up. Then just watch them prepare it.

If a burrito is over $10 it should come with free guacamole if you want it. These places are now nickel and diming the customer for everything now. Actually I should rephrase that and say "dollaring and five dollaring the customer for everything now." My bad. I really think this next recession is going to be a deep and long one. Everyone has their heads in the sand just like with dot com bubble and the housing crisis.

Restaurant level margins for Chipotle are at 28.9% which is massive. These stores are making money hand over fist so stop kidding yourself. They are the gold standard for how to run a profitable restaurant.

Things might change though as the bowls are now similarly priced but Qdoba offers free guac and chips. Also, their pickled onions are absolutely delicious. I actually prefer Qdoba more and would rather buy their gift cards on sale.

Rent, food costs, are a straw man's argument.

The issue is, I should get the same size burrito whether I order online or have them make it in front of me.
I consistently get an almost 1/2 size burrito if I order in the app versus at the counter and am not one of those d-bags that are say "extra this or extra that".

Tortilla and rice for $13.00 LMAO I would never eat at these places. When you pass on rice lettuce and beans you get $1 worth of meat and a tortilla.
