the amazon page says the normal price is $14.98 so its a good price but dont bother jumping on it if its not something you regularly use

Not available for regular (not GF) version. A shame, it's a good shortcut for several things, but without wheat gluten, the binding doesn't work the same.

We are a GF household, and this mix makes the best shortcakes with strawberries! There are better pancake mixes though. This is a great price, but even in our entirely GF house, it's hard for me to imagine going through six boxes before their expiration dates.

100%. These products are for people with wheat and gluten allergies along with celiacs. If those status don't apply to you, you're welcome to buy it to drive up demand and people people with the above issues to find cheaper foods. But if texture and the binding issues are a hang up for you, that sucks, but wheat isn't an option for millions of us.

Yeah, you have all of my sympathy, and I do have smaller amounts of several alternative flours for occasions when I am preparing meals for friends with wheat allergies. But anyone who doesn't, and buys this expecting it to be just like regular Bisquick, is going to be in for a disappointment.

cream cheese and egg makes a much better gluten free pancake...and way healthier than this stuff filled with rice and potatoes.
