I bought these on the home depot deal and I am not impressed. You literally have to be next to it to feel the air at even at the highest speed. I placed it on my night stand and I cannot feel the air so much. FYI.

I just ordered 3 at $9.98 at Amazon.

What's weird is that the photos do not show its power cord, even in the user manual. It does say corded, but I was uneasy that this might be a USB powered fan. But the manual does have a photo of the plug itself and some language about making sure the plug fits in the socket securely. Good, but it seems like they are trying to hide the cord.

not USB powered. it's a two prong plug in wall outlet.

Same here, but opposite opinion. Works great for my needs at a standup desk in TX. My biggest complaint is the knob is on the back and I assumed it was the same as another Vornado fan we have that has a soft touch button on top. Not a big deal for me, though.

Got 2 last week and returned. Definitely not a fan to cool or cool you off. Just to circulate the air.

Doesn't do much, setting 1 does nothing, setting 2 you get just a little puff of air and setting 3 you need to be right in front of it to feel some air flow.
