The site does looks very amatuer-ish, nothing has reviews, the descrptions on products are very poor. Compared to a site like adorama, its night and day, and hearing how they handle orders doesnt inspire confidence, cant even imagine trying to deal with them if you had to return something.

Update. I contacted them and within hours got a tracking number for my order. Why I didn't get a confirmation I'm unsure but Klipsch authorized dealer so I think it'll be fine

I received no email confirmation either. I have USPS informed delivery and it said I had a package arriving today from Amazon. It was the speaker and was shipped out of Carlisle, PA

I upgraded from the 450c to the504c and I do notice a wider soundstage, both are great but I did notice a difference.
