As for my actual experience with this product… it's not as good of pressure as the portable waterpik, but for $10 I just ordered another for my daughter who just broke her last nozzle of this same model yesterday.
Not a big deal if you get the barrel plug and don't mind dealing with the hassle of returns, but it would be nice if they were a little clearer about what the current model uses.
