If you're currently using a phone on TF, your can activate phone #1 WITH A TRANFER from your current phone to have your current phone number, days, units transferred to phone #1, then the bundled 1-yr and units for phone #1 get added on top. Then activate phone #2 with a transfer from phone #1. After that, if you prefer to use your current phone, re-activate your current phone with a transfer from phone #2. Smart existing TF users do that all the time to "harvest" cheap service days and units from those HSN/QVC bundles.
The service plan is 1500 text, 1500 minutes, 1.5gb data -- for the *entire year*. Not per month. That's about 4 minutes of talk time per day.
It's an extremely minimal and restrictive cellular plan, one that you could even call insultingly low - especially if you're used to cellular plans in modernized nations (aka, ones outside the the USA). It's not for everyone, and make sure it fits your use case.

This one has Android 13 and Snapdragon instead of MediaTek in Power. Not bad if you are able to work the new customer code.

Do I start with the main account and request to transfer the 2nd line into it?
1) First remove Line A from Account A if you haven't already done so. (Login to Account A, Manage Lines, Select Line A to remove, then click on Device and 'Remove from Account'. A verification code will be sent to Line A. Enter it to verify. Line removed)
2) Log in to Account B, Manage Lines, Add a Line.
3) Select Line B (or other active lines in this account) to receive a verification code.
4) Once verified, select Merge an existing line and enter Line A phone #. a code will be sent to Line A for verification.
5) Enter the verification code and Line A will be added to Account B.
