You can activate phone #1 to have the bundled 1-yr and units loaded to it. Then activate phone #2 WITH A TRANSFER from phone #1; service on phone #1 (phone number, 1-yr, units) get transferred to phone #2, then the bundled 1-yr and units for phone #2 get added on top, giving phone #2 two years of service and 2x the units.

If you're currently using a phone on TF, your can activate phone #1 WITH A TRANFER from your current phone to have your current phone number, days, units transferred to phone #1, then the bundled 1-yr and units for phone #1 get added on top. Then activate phone #2 with a transfer from phone #1. After that, if you prefer to use your current phone, re-activate your current phone with a transfer from phone #2. Smart existing TF users do that all the time to "harvest" cheap service days and units from those HSN/QVC bundles.

Folks, just so you're aware...

The service plan is 1500 text, 1500 minutes, 1.5gb data -- for the *entire year*. Not per month. That's about 4 minutes of talk time per day.

It's an extremely minimal and restrictive cellular plan, one that you could even call insultingly low - especially if you're used to cellular plans in modernized nations (aka, ones outside the the USA). It's not for everyone, and make sure it fits your use case.

No need to be insulted - for many people (for example, those who use less than 4 minutes of phone talk per day) paying $2 (and sometimes less) per month for a phone service which includes a new smartphone every year is a very good deal.

If you want to have both phones unlocked, activate phone #1, use it on TF for at least 60 days, then activate phone #2 with a transfer from phone #1. Use phone #2 for at least 60 days and keep using it, or transfer service to another phone on TF. You have up to 12 months from purchase to activate.
I did it a few days ago for a friend whose flip phones had been ordered 13 mo. ago. No problems.

720p Screen/4GB RAM/64GB Storage/Snapdragon 680 is slower than Snapdragon 480 from Stylus 5G 2021 which has been $35-$40 with coupon.

I jumped on the deal a few years ago, for its insane value. Things didn't go smoothly, and after several hours, dealing with their abysmal customer support, I cut my losses. The phones still sit in my closet unused. I won't dive into all the different ways in which things went sideways, but my advice is stay away.
You violated the primary rule: Do NOT use CS. Use the automated process on your account page. Even though your TF's are old, it would be interesting to me and probably others, if you were to try to activate them on your account page to see if it works. I did it at 13 mo. but don't recall any posts from users who waited longer.

Well, using the same math as above -- you get four texts per day. That's not a lot.

Well, if you want unlimited texts (and voice), you can just use TextNow.
It's free and I've been using it for years. The MVNO uses T-mobile

It's called "running a business". We're paying you to do what we tell you to. If you can't pick up the phone and call a coworker to get a status update on a time-sensitive issue that simply CANNOT wait for asynchronous communication like text/email...then see someone to deal with that anxiety? Not our problem at this point.

It helps that nearly the entire country is at-will, so we can replace them in a heartbeat for poor performance.

The real question is, how do you pass the order verification on QVC? They end up cancelling my order a 1-2 days later
They cancel your order if you use a coupon when you're not actually a new customer. If they already have your address, payment method, or phone number on file, that order is canceled. Just don't use a coupon or have it shipped elsewhere.

I think you have to actively use the service everyweek for it to stay in service.

That certainly hasn't been my experience. I think they once sent me an email saying that I had not used the phone in a month and risked deactivation. I have since changed glovebox phones and now use the Textnow phone both as a WiFi unit and cell phone every day. No problems.

Hi, are these ok to not activate and just use as a wifi device around the house?

Also, how do these compare to this one, which I think is the one I'm using now- https://www.bestbuy.com/site/tota...Id=6554831

Thanks much for any help.

These should be better than your A03s. Yes, wi-fi only is fine. But might as well activate and unlock it in 60 days.

This is a fantastic deal if you're not one these idiots that believes you can't breathe unless you have a cellphone in your hand and controls every aspect of your life.

They certainly can be used as a WiFi device with or without cell service, but since they come with 1-yr of service and some talk/text/data, why not activating them so they will be unlocked after 60 days.
