Buy a sub-$100 (maybe sub $50) espresso machine when one pops up on SD.
Don't need a grinder.
Buy vacuum packed Cafe Bustelo.
It isn't exactly the same as cafe-style espresso, but it's strong and very good.
Also, strangely enough good for cold brew. It saves money by having higher yield than the recommended course-grind coffee. Yes, some grounds make it through the filter, but if you are careful when pouring off the coffee, the coffee sludge sticks to the bottom of the container.
Never tried it for drip coffee, but I'm sure it works.
