I thought so too. I got burned buying a "New" Tineco 3 from Bullseye on eBay and received a used unit. Just happened upon this one and it almost seemed slick to me.

I got burned by the same deal! A used "new" unit. Still waiting to see what they will do to fix the situation. I usually have good luck with deals with random companies. Not this time 😂

I got this on Prime day and haven't open it yet... This one seems like a better deal.

edit: chatted with customer support on Tineco website. Looks like I'll return the Amazon one and picking up the one from Best Buy! Wink

edit 2: nevermind, didn't realize prime day and best buy was the same price. i'll save the hassle of returning lol

Do a return, they will send you label. Had my label in about 10 minutes, just dropped it off.

Not only was the one I received used and gross...like a brown roller but the entire top tank was missing.
