It's definitely copper and not CCA which is great for the price. No noticable defects and sturdy inner + outer jackets.
Note that there is no CL rating on this wire, either in the specs or printed on the cable. It's certainly heavy and insulated enough to survive running through a wall but should be considered an unsafe fire hazard for in-wall applications.
