Overall a decent laptop and deal (IMHO) based on the included specs, price and realistic expectations (email/web browsing/zoom etc). RAM is easily upgradeable with the extra slot but as mentioned there is only one (1) slot for the NVMe PCIe3 hard drive storage. So if you wish to upgrade you'll likely have to clone the factory NVMe board to transfer to a higher capacity NVMe. It's not going to keep up with the $700 - $1200+ high end products, but for $230 or $220 it's a deal.

Agreed, for 220 this is perfectly fine. Great even. I remember the cheap laptops when I was in college (almost a decade ago at this point) and they were traaaaash compared to this. You could get by with this if you had to.
