Had a north-face backpack I bought 3 years ago, ripped, RMAed it through the lifetime warranty and they couldn't repair it. Gave me half of what I paid for it in a gift certificate, never again

It's a simple rectangular sized backpack that's light for it's size. Nothing more, nothing less.

With branding, lol.

Geared for travel, according to them. Maximum cube for the dimensions, no wasted curves.

Alternatively, it does have daisy chains and a chest strap, so I could see it being a decent approach or "light mountaineering" pack.

This thing's pretty ugly. What's the intended use? Lugging cases of beer? I just don't get the shape.

I was one time traveling Frontier and saw a guy with this backpack. Interesting shape, I have a REI gift card so maybe I'm going to pull the trigger. Definitely better option than my tiny 23L Thule for short 1.5 hour flights. I've been looking for some cube shaped backpack that can easily pass as a personal item (Spirit and Frontier), so if anyone has some recommendations, let me know!

So move on. So much negativity in the world. No need to share your opinion if the product is not for you and you have no experience. Just because you can say something on social media doesn't mean you should.

Have rma'd multiple north face items. Drop off at retail store, shipped for free, repaired, replaced or full price gift card every time. Always a breeze

Honestly, I never had any issues with them. Frontier is good for cheap and short weekend flights like ATL-ORD. However, I would never consider Frontier or Spirit for any longer flights. I also fly after work or on Sundays, in case there is a delay. I usually find good deals on Google Flights, like 2 way tickets for 67 bucks (ATL-ORD). I don't need to take carry on.
