FYI Plant based Omega 3s are pretty ineffective compared to animal, except to those pretty much only consuming vegetables over a long period (vegan or vegetarians) as their body adapts and becomes better at the conversion. The gist of it is that your body has to heavily convert them to be usable, whereas the ones found in animals are already ready. The fish oil in this is fine, but if you are inclined to getting omega 3s and you should be (one of the few miracle supplements), then straight fish oil is your best bet.

I bought this and regretted it. Smells like dead fish, not just fish, like rotten fish. I threw it away. Too bad as it looked like it would be a good fish oil source.

I've eaten many various brands of fish oils, some a little smelly but I didn't care. These ones actually smell bad like they had gone south. Anyway, try if you want but I will stick to other brands.
