unless they got new shipments in, this is going to be even more YMMV than the 1199 clearance. there were almost none on the east coast when i looked a few weeks ago.

Your mileage may vary, metaphore for not every costco offering the same deal just like everyone's driving style is different yielding slightly different miles per gallon

Well this is a closeout and extremely rare at that so no, not really likely to find all of those things. green toe now price for a 65 C3 is 1399 though so you could bid lower if you want a good OLED and that is in your price range. Also call buydig and see what they can do for you.

The Samsung 90C has also been on clearance at some stores. Call around and ask if they have any in stock at Costco, Sam's Club, etc. Labor day is only 2 weeks away. Some people have found the 77" LG still in stock at some stores (Sam's) for $1600.

How do in-store deals usually work at Costco? Do they promote the TV on discount big deal or do you just walk to the TV aisle where it's low-key at a discount?

I've never caught one of these TV OLED deals at Costco. I've never seen them on clearance, open box, etc. I would say you need to walk up and down the TV aisles or ask a salesperson, if you can find one. I found the deal on this TV at Sam's Club.

Thanks! I went to Costco yesterday and checked every single TV they had, I found the 55" C3 for $800 but it was a display unit. YMMV indeed.

I'm pretty sure the answer is no, because the retail store is clearing them out, not the online store. You can contact the store or customer service and ask.
