- Standard Change and Cancellation Policy: Guests making a reservation 8 or more days from their arrival date have 24 hours in which to modify the reservation with no penalties or fees. After that point, guests who wish to modify their reservation are subject to the following change fees:
- $25 if reservation is modified 8 or more days from arrival
- $50 if reservation is modified less than 8 days from arrival
- Great Wolf Lodge, Niagara Falls does not charge change fees
After applying the change fee, we can place the remaining balance on a deposit hold for up to 12 months to allow guests additional time to determine a future stay date if a change in their reservation is needed. - Guests who wish to cancel their stay are subject to the below cancellation fees.
- For reservations at all California locations (Anaheim and San Francisco/Manteca), guests have 24 hours from the creation of the reservation in which to cancel with no penalties or fees, so long as the reservation is canceled 3 or more days from arrival. Otherwise, the following fees apply:

I've signed up for an account and their promo emails and done the $84 dollar deal for a couple years now and got a personalized link a couple days ago to book my $84 dollar deal and it did work for a single night.
A couple things to note.
1) It will be $84 plus taxes and resort fees so ends up being ~$135, at least at the Washington location. That's not unique to this sale and everything will have extra fees.
2) That price is up to 4 people. The room may sleep 6 but when you go past 4 it will add an extra fee for more water park passes.
3) Date wise you have to be flexible to get the $84 deal. No weekends. No big holidays. The $84 deals are filling up their slow days. We've always ended up booking a Tuesday night Wednesday trip and it works well for us.
4) You can get into the water park at Noon? on check in day but obviously your room might not be ready yet. On day of check out you can stay until closing of the water park but again you have to be out of your room like normal. So a single night stay can be a day and a half in the water park.

Cancelation usually isn't great.
This usually ties with their best deal for directly through them. But they constantly have offers.
Many of the locations have groupon deals that sometimes come out the same and have better cancelation terms. They're also generally better if you want more people in the room as groupon gives you the max people available but great wolf increases the price based on how many in the room.
