1. Add this deal to your cart.
2. Add additional items to your cart totaling over $10+
3. Duplicate the tab. So now you should have two tabs with the identical cart.
4. Pick one tab, and remove all of items except this deal.
5. Switch to the other tab that still shows the cart above $10 click "proceed to checkout" and it'll allow you to check out with only the $6.29 + tax for store pickup.

I assume they only change it every few years for patent reasons and some store brand starts selling the old formulas. Just a guess.
