Is this really marketed as a school backpack? The picture makes it look HUGE on those kids. It's also way too tall to be beneficial. Take it from someone who have kids in school who always manage to fill their backpacks to the max, they always fill and expand the backpack in the front to back direction, not top to bottom direction. This would seriously look goofy for a school backpack (I am not even mentioning the lame huge logo yet).

What about the quality of north face bags nowadays? Lately I've seen low prices in different models...
My High Schooler has used his TNF backpack going on 6 years now, not this same model of course

Do kids even carry around books these days?
Nope. All books are banned.

DONT BUY!! I ordered two to get free shipping. Got it delivered today and it's a piece of crap. Quality is terrible, no pockets and feels cheap. I'd buy it for $10 for such quality. I bought under armour backpack last year for $25 and it's way better. I'm retuning this right away

My reaction was not quite as harsh but it is a cheap backpack, no question. Paying for the logo on this one Frown

I agree, I never owned Northface due to its premium price. I thought I am getting a decent deal. But, for that price other brands offer better quality and comfort.

I prefer bags that appear to have nothing valuable inside to deter potential thieves. Nothing says "I'm poor" quire like a designer bag with a huge logo.
Such a dumb comment. I bought a North Face backpack in 2010 and backpacked half of Europe with it and then took it across SE Asia. Bag took a beating and still no tears, no holes, nothing. Great quality bag, and for what, less than $100… My North Face hoodies last years. They make quality stuff and I'm happy to buy and use their products. Logo or no logo. In fact, yes to Logo.

Its time for spirit airlines to sell their own luggage and make more money on that, just like adventure parks sell drink tumblers.
