Bought this a couple months ago (same exact deal). Shipping was fast and appears like it was completely new (all original packaging, nothing removed). Been working great for me so far, zero complaints and obstacle avoidance has been perfect. It has never gotten stuck or failed to return to base, something our old Roomba did constantly.

I purchased this about two months ago and it broke in two weeks. There is no factory warranty, but AllState cut me a check for $500 which was around $60 profit. Overall the 3rd party warranty was pretty painless.

Same bought it 2 months back… appears brand new. Great robot but compared to my exovac it's a bit slow and Google and Alexa integration doesn't allow for you to clean a specific room using voice commands.

How did it break? I got this same deal and it gets stuck frustratingly often and takes forever if you turn on mopping. Otherwise, it seems to do a better clean than my roborock s7

Ordered this a few weeks ago as well. My unit appeared brand new. We've used it probably 5-10 times, and for vacuuming, it seems to do a decent job.

I've only used the mopping in a couple of rooms though, as I'm still not sold. In my first mopping, I had it set to medium moisture, and it was dragging dried-out pads around our floor. (I did diagnostic tests to ensure that the dock and the unit were both dispensing water.) I then set the unit to high moisture and I think it has done a bit better? Still, I'm not sure how frequently it cleans its pads. It mopped our entire kitchen without rinsing, whereas if I'd done it manually, I'd have rinsed my mop 3-4 times. Maybe there's a setting where I can change this too -- I'm still learning.

Regarding the AI stuff, I'm also a bit skeptical. The "obstacle detection" seems a bit haphazard. Like last time it ran, it identified three chair legs in my dining room (we have a table with six chairs, so I feel like it should have identified all the chair legs or none of them), and then a random corner on one of our base kitchen cabinets. This seems to create an unnecessary no-go buffer around relatively innocuous items, thereby reducing cleaning efficacy. I think I'm just going to turn it off.

All in all, the vacuuming and mapping seems to do a good job, though the app is a bit more wonky than what I'm used to. (We moved our old Roborock S5 upstairs.) If I can get the mopping to work more reliably, I'll be really happy.

Mine doesn't work 3 months into owning it, I sent it to Texas and after no reply for 2 weeks, I finally asked what was going on. They just kept repeating that the status says received and nothing else.
Another week goes by I ask questions again...which leads to an email saying a part of the vacuum has been shipped and I don't need to send them anything. At this point I remind them that I've sent the whole vacuum back.

They actually sent me a new vacuum in new box. Customer service is a little iffy but the robot did do its job when I had it.

I've had this for almost a full year. It works, though if you want a really deep vacuum & mop, you will likely have to run on the highest settings available.

I recommend buying a kit with extra brushes and mop pads. They're like $10-20 for a generic set that will last you for a while. The original corner/bristle brush got ruined from getting tangled & pulled in the hairs of my long/high pile carpet too many times.

Outside of that, it works pretty well. Running it twice/week keeps my floors reliably clean even with a long-haired pet. I have multiple floors in my home and just pick the robot up (leaving the base station on the main floor) and take it to whatever level needs to be on to clean. If I need mopping done instead of just vacuuming, I take the base station as well.

One of the motors in the feet broke, causing my robot to just spin in a circle. A few days earlier, it managed to remove the shoestring from my hoodie and the string wrapped around the wheel. I'm guessing that this broke a gear in there.

As for mopping, I found it best to have 2 schedules. 1 that vacuumed every room in the house, and then a second that mopped. Otherwise it would drag a wet mop pad around all my carpet.

I got this my wife's office. About 2,000 square ft all LVT. I did have an issue where it would not map because of the long hall but I just started the making on the far side away from the "base." It would not finish the room on the far side, and I could not manually remote move it to that side as if it hit a "size limit" going one way.

Moping seems ok. I have only ran it 3 times once a week all mopping so time will tell. It
Does have to go back to refill and charge to finish but the base has enough water for a full run . If it keeps working as is….I think it a solid winner and it frees up an employee from cleaning. The Allstate warranty is why I figured it was worth a shot despite mixed comments but solid "YouTube reviews".

Where do you buy the generic kit?

You can set it in the app how often you want to change the water and rinse the pad in the cleaning cycle. I have mine set at 150 sq feet. Works like a champ.

By default it rinses and cleans the pads every 20 square meters. I got that from its cellphone app.
