I've only used the mopping in a couple of rooms though, as I'm still not sold. In my first mopping, I had it set to medium moisture, and it was dragging dried-out pads around our floor. (I did diagnostic tests to ensure that the dock and the unit were both dispensing water.) I then set the unit to high moisture and I think it has done a bit better? Still, I'm not sure how frequently it cleans its pads. It mopped our entire kitchen without rinsing, whereas if I'd done it manually, I'd have rinsed my mop 3-4 times. Maybe there's a setting where I can change this too -- I'm still learning.
Regarding the AI stuff, I'm also a bit skeptical. The "obstacle detection" seems a bit haphazard. Like last time it ran, it identified three chair legs in my dining room (we have a table with six chairs, so I feel like it should have identified all the chair legs or none of them), and then a random corner on one of our base kitchen cabinets. This seems to create an unnecessary no-go buffer around relatively innocuous items, thereby reducing cleaning efficacy. I think I'm just going to turn it off.
All in all, the vacuuming and mapping seems to do a good job, though the app is a bit more wonky than what I'm used to. (We moved our old Roborock S5 upstairs.) If I can get the mopping to work more reliably, I'll be really happy.

Another week goes by I ask questions again...which leads to an email saying a part of the vacuum has been shipped and I don't need to send them anything. At this point I remind them that I've sent the whole vacuum back.
They actually sent me a new vacuum in new box. Customer service is a little iffy but the robot did do its job when I had it.

I recommend buying a kit with extra brushes and mop pads. They're like $10-20 for a generic set that will last you for a while. The original corner/bristle brush got ruined from getting tangled & pulled in the hairs of my long/high pile carpet too many times.
Outside of that, it works pretty well. Running it twice/week keeps my floors reliably clean even with a long-haired pet. I have multiple floors in my home and just pick the robot up (leaving the base station on the main floor) and take it to whatever level needs to be on to clean. If I need mopping done instead of just vacuuming, I take the base station as well.
As for mopping, I found it best to have 2 schedules. 1 that vacuumed every room in the house, and then a second that mopped. Otherwise it would drag a wet mop pad around all my carpet.
Moping seems ok. I have only ran it 3 times once a week all mopping so time will tell. It
Does have to go back to refill and charge to finish but the base has enough water for a full run . If it keeps working as is….I think it a solid winner and it frees up an employee from cleaning. The Allstate warranty is why I figured it was worth a shot despite mixed comments but solid "YouTube reviews".
