1. C6 has 300ml water tank vs 260ml that C5 has
2. C6 equips couple different jet heads that C5 has, ie. tongue scrapper
3. The rest of hardware are exact the same including up to 1400 pulsation per minute
To conclude, C5 is better deal to me, extra $5 on C6 doesn't justify the extra features that C5 lack.

Reading over the item details the C6's specs seems to be identical, except it includes an orthodontic tip and a carrying bag (from the photo), and two of the buttons are a little different (size, shape, placement). C6 has a more round shape. The charging cable looks the same, judging from one of the videos.
Doesn't seem like it'd perform significantly differently, but hopefully someone here knows.

I was able to get the C5 deal for $10 just now using the link provided in this thread. There was a $10 coupon on the item page and then a promo for "$19.99 for one item" that only applies to the C5 model. So $33.99 dropped to $19.99 ($14 off), plus $10 off coupon made it $9.99+tax.
