The new 4060 version is a HUGE upgrade in both build quality and performance.
The screen is greatly improved with less ghosting, and the touchpad is no longer comically small but reasonably sized.
The 4060 has 2x the VRAM and can run even AAA titles at medium settings.
To me, the build quality and performance are in another tier. The only downside is the price. I got the 3050Ti for $750 on sale and paid $1299 for the 4060. While I think it's worth the upgrade (and even more so at $1150) it does bother me paying over $1k for a laptop with 16gb of soldered ram.

This has a very nice IPS panel. Not to mention, MiniLED uses more power and will result in a shorter battery life.

The 5900hs has a 1080p screen and 300 nits
Other than that the old 2 are mostly identical so the upgrades would be the same
EDIT: I am talking about the old 5900hs and 6900hs models because they both had the 3050ti but had a few differences in between

I can't imagine using a 13 inch laptop lol. I guess if you need ultra portability but even then.

so the amount of upgrades would be different depending on which x13 you had
