Greenwood store seems to be slower than other warehouses in the area for lowering the clearance prices on Lego sets. I remember last year in December/January, it was like that.

If shipped price is the same as in-store then there is no shipped penalty and this it would be "free" shipping in the sense that it doesn't cost more to ship. Everything has some overhead cost in the price.
