I had an issue 1 time, it was awful. Customer service kept giving me the run around. They scan everything that leaves their warehouse so if it shows as scanned they won't help you. It does not mean however the worker put it in the right box. I ordered multiples of an item and I only got one of the item. They fought me tooth and nail about getting a refund because it showed in their system it was scanned the amount of times of the amount of items I ordered but I only got one. The box would also only have fit one of the item, it was ridiculous.
