edit: Sorry Everyone, it originally had a picture saying free monitor but they've since removed that. Sorry to get everyone's hopes up but yeah it was there when I originally commented but the pic has since been removed and the page changed

It's not a great CPU. It's fine. At least it's an i5.

However, it is a nearly 3 year old processor architecture and other parts of the system are similarly dated.
As long as you're willing to accept that this system has zero upgrade paths and you aren't using software that specifically benefits from a newer generation processor, it shouldn't be an issue.
Just treat it like an appliance and upgrade the entire system when the time comes.
