Nvm, ordered with coupon and Amex discount
Reminder for incoming college students, check with your university for some nice deals, especially if your state has tax free weekends. If they didnt have a limit of 1 deal per student, I would be flipping a bunch of Lenovo ThinkPads right now.

Usually through the bookstore. But if your university uses a 3rd party like Barnes and Noble, you might have to ask around. Also "through the university's portal" is what I was just told. University's web site you order things through. You should have got information when you enrolled and got the list of the items you need to order, like books. The bookstore is who I had to go through back in the 90's also, when I got my first laptop. It was with my book order and I received it the same time I picked up my books. A gray Toshiba Satellite that weighed a ton.
Edit: He also said the HP laptops on the university page links you to hp.com that applies a discount automatically when you click through the University's portal, but the shipping dates on those were 2 - 3 weeks out and was afraid he wouldnt get it in time.

This terrible design where the bottom of the display bezel goes under and lifts up the back of the laptop is awful, and should be avoided at all cost unless you plan to keep the laptop always open.
