If it's 12 months the deal is not that great. 24 months is pretty good and 36 months would be crazy.
Guessing it's 24 months, as that has been the sweet spot for Blazer EV. Would like to get a family member in MA one, but they need 36 months to qualify for MA rebates.
This post is definitely misleading, but it's also good for people to be aware of.
Deals like this rely ENTIRELY on location. And by location, I mean specific dealers. For instance, I am currently looking for a Kia EV6. I have gotten 3 quotes all from within 100 miles, one 239mo, one 399mo, one 829mo for similar trims.
The equinox is a bit better because there are more widespread incentives and the msrp is lower. Although I assume the OP only got that price with a GM loyalty discount.

Wow GM made fwd ev is more expensive than teslas newer m3
you aren't getting the Tesla for $200/month. EV MSRPs are all pretty crazy, but there are good deals to be had when the underdogs pretend the value will still be high at the end of the lease (residual) and give you rebates that lower the monthly cost.
Edit: Also need a dealer who is willing to do 5-10% discount usually for this sort of deal, as well as give you all the rebates you qualify for. Not impossible to find, but that's where the work comes in. If you don't want to do the work, find a broker who can replicate a deal. Brokers will charge a fee, usually around $500+.

According to the dealer in the OP, if you don't own a Bolt but you do sign up and use GM credit card, you can get a 2 year/10k lease for $5500-$6000 or a 3 year/10k lease for $8000-$9000.
My Bolt went off lease in April, so I dropped it since the residual buy or extended lease didn't make sense. It was a great car and this would have been a terrific replacement.
I got an Ioniq 5, also a great car, but not a slick deal.

I'll never buy a gas car again.
