90 grams of creatine for about 22 dollars here

If you buy into the common advice of a 20g loading dose of creatine for 5-7 days, this would last you 4.5 days

Meanwhile generic creatine powder goes for about 1000 grams for 30-32 dollars. And that's not even a sale price that's just an everyday price.

Creatine is flavorless so it's not like you need some novel form to make it palatable to go down

What generic creatine would you recommend? I've been reading up on creatine and it seems like it's a nutrient that's also good for the brain, which to me is interesting.

Whatever you find that has Creatine Monohydrate as the only ingredient. It's all the same. I've gotten from Optimum Nutrtion, nutricost, muscletech, cellucor, NatureBell. it's all the same as long as it's one ingredient.

Generally speaking, anything purchased in bulk will most likely be cheaper per serving. I believe this product is geared towards convenience.
