You are guaranteed a new battery and new IMEI. If they determine the screen has a scratch or touch defect they replace. I've bought over a dozen trade-in Renewed phones and all appeared to have brand new screens. This is why I only do trade-ins with Samsung direct. Avoiding the fake and g eBay and Amazon "reconditioned" falsehoods.

I believe it is regional. Said the item wasn't currently eligible to be shipped to my location. I had to wait two weeks before I could get one available at checkout. During checkout I kept getting...
"Due to high demand, one or more of your items are out of stock. For your convenience, we removed them from your order. Want to choose another item? Head back to browse SAMSUNG.COM. We apologize for the inconvenience."
End of the second week of trying a flood of S21 became available.
Just keep trying daily. All you can do.
