Samsung Renewed phones go in and out of stock constantly. You have to check back for random availability. The trade-in amount isn't going way. Latest trade-in I did was for the S21 using someone's old motorola in June same $300 flat credit.

You are guaranteed a new battery and new IMEI. If they determine the screen has a scratch or touch defect they replace. I've bought over a dozen trade-in Renewed phones and all appeared to have brand new screens. This is why I only do trade-ins with Samsung direct. Avoiding the fake and g eBay and Amazon "reconditioned" falsehoods.

what's the definition of "cracked" vs. "good condition"? My phone has scratches on the screen, will that considered cracked with Samsung trade in program? Anyone had experience? thanks,
