Click the link and look at who is starting multiple topics a day. To make matters worse people bump those topics which clogs up the forum.
There is no reason for posting one digital book deal per post. You have a very generous amount of room for topic titles so there is no excuse for using that space to post multiple book deals in one topic.

Look at the problem from a forum user experience. It's forcing us to spend more time glancing through the deals sorted by last post and thread started. There are only 2 deals posted so far today but it took me 5 minutes to sort through the mess.

There is a little bit of a workaround that you can utilize, but it's semi broken so I'm going to PM you with a link that you can try.
Edit: I tried adding the person to my ignore list and it did not help. This is the 2nd person I've tried to ignore in that forum to reduce clutter.

If I need to ignore another user can I edit the "by user" to add another name? Also, does this set a cookie? If so I'll need to do this daily since I run my browser sandboxed and all cookies and cache are deleted when I delete the sandbox.

If you're not able to get the link working, feel free to PM me the name of the person that you'd like to add and I can help you with the link.
I'm not very knowledgeable about that kind of stuff, but I think that the filtering settings are saved to your account and not a cookie.
