FWIW: I found the following opinion on a Reddit post.
"They're small, have one driver, are made of plastic, and have "capacitive touch" functionality. That seems like they're designed to be very niche. Only someone who wants special tech on their speaker and needs small speakers would get them. Also they look to be sealed but specs say they hit 58hz? I have a hard time believing that. Especially since the matching sub is tiny with a 6.5" driver, only 60 watts of peak power, and is listed as playing from 40hz to 200hz. If the speakers get to 58hz wouldn't you want a sub that gets a lot lower? And why does it need to go to to 200hz? Are the speakers not doing that?
It just seems like all the money is going towards their "features" instead of their sound. Maybe they are good, but I don't think I'd bother.
Edit: oh also the sub as adjustable RGB lighting. That seems like a waste of money for something that will be at your feet lol"

They did not seem to have the clarity I have heard in other speakers.
I ran them wide open and they did not seem that loud. Sounds the same using Bluetooth or the included cable.
I also had a problem where they would not connect unless I turned them on first, then powered up the laptop or PC.
Several times they also "locked up" like a computer and would not power down unless I turned off the power strip. I paid $50 for them from the last slick deal and returned them.
****If you do get them, on a Windows computer I installed an equalizer program called FxSound that is a free download.
That helps a lot with the sound and volume level and I am still using it on both of my PC's.
I am currently using an old set old set of Audix monitors for the PC. Thanks, ST.

these speakers are good for the price overall $50, but not beyond (which is why they're discounted)
they distort heavily at louder volumes

usually i aim for 4.3+ now, as a bare minimum
ton of products are paid reviews also which bolster to low 4
