Flavored serves the needs of people on the fly who mix with water.
Un-flavored anything has the advantage of easily being able to detect the quality. Dymatize is highly rated for a standard consumer grade. But the whey used is still a by-product of cheese making. Even if it weren't it contains hydrolysed whey which is unpalatable to some. Artificial sweetners and flavors cover up the off-flavors.
Native whey is not a by-product. It is sourced directly from whole milk, typically organic from grass feeding cows. It is usually low temperature processed. The taste of unflavored Native is fresh and light. It has health benefits over standard grade. If it has more than one ingredient then that will be sunflower not soy lecithin. However Native Whey can cost 4 times as much as standard grade and both grades will enhance muscle building.
Standard grade unflavored from a reliable brand is still better tasting and healthier than any flavored variety. Consumers who wish to avoid chemicals or are withdrawing from added sugar buy unflavored because substituting with artificial sweeteners is not an alternative.
At home it is easy to flavor whey with anything natural especially if one has a blender thus making it the healthier option. Can also bake and cook with it. Un-flavored which is not premium priced Native Whey is getting harder to find.

I've never tried fruity pebbles, sounds like it's worth a shot?
It's the only flavor of ISO100 I don't like. Maybe I had a bad batch, but I found it barely tolerable until I mixed it with vanilla. Then it was okay, but not great.

I have a pretty refined palette and hated the cookies and cream too. I love the fruity pebbles flavor- it taste like cereal milk with a hint of lemon and is good for mixing in fruit. I also think the base chocolate is good. My wife hates artificial sweeteners but I use it to make smoothies for her and she never complains.

Good deal. Flavor is ok, I prefer Fruity Pebbles or Birthday Cake to mix with my 28oz shaker. I usually find $52/5lb deals every 4-6 months on Amazon/Costco.

Same…. I don't get what all the hype is about at all. It's the only flavor by the brand I actually DONT like and I'm not picky at all when it comes to sweet things. I literally would eat cake frosting straight all day if it wouldn't make me fat.

They don't list what 'sweetners' they use. I'm looking for stevia and/or monk fruit -- most use sucralose.
They also do not list that iso 100 CONTAINS A BIOENGINEERED INGREDIENT. I called Amazon telling them they need to update the cookies and cream label. The rest reflect this properly
Went with three tubs of fruity pebbles based on input, but it's just okay to me. Definitely not bad, and I'm happy with the quantity and quality for the price, but definitely prefer my Optimum Nutrition Whey Vanilla Ice Cream. I'm just mixing them together at the moment and it tastes better that way.
