If you look on Amazon, you can find tons of power banks like the poweradd that all seem to be built on the same hardware and software. I'd buy whatever is cheapest on a particular day. One thing to note is that the UGREEN bank provides a trickle modes, whilst the dime-a-dozen china clones do not, so if that's important to you, get the UGREEN.
They all provide adequate performance for a bit less money. AFAIK most if not all of these banks will thermal throttle when accepting a charge at 100w, but generally do just fine at providing a 100w charge to another device. I don't know if the UGREEN thermal throttles because I don't have one, but if it doesn't, that would be a nice advantage. I personally have the poweradd and have been very happy with it, but like most of these, it will only accept a charge at 100W for a while before it starts bouncing down periodically due to thermal throttling.
Personally, I use mine to bump up lower rate chargers to 100W. My laptop will not run/charge off a generic 18w charging port that one might find in an airplane or hotel, even though it draws only ~10-15W when idling while browsing the Internet. Many of these power banks (my poweradd included) can supply more power than they're taking in while in passthrough mode, so with the power bank running as an intermediary to handle the occasional spike in demand, I can run my laptop indefinitely off of any 'ole crappy USB port.
Iniu is as good and cheaper and always running deals.
