I have no idea what ebay will send me. Will best buy take a tmobile iphone 12 pro for example for trade in.

I have a iPhone 12 which is fairly beat up. Dents across all 4 corners and a black spot on the display (no cracks). However, the phone is fully functional and works as intended.
I've decided to trade it in under the following
1) Does your device have any screen damage, cracks, or LCD bruising?

2) What is the condition of the item?
-FAIR i.e.(moderate wear and tear + damaged Back glass + fully functional)
Also, my model no is MGJ83HN/A unlike what's listed on bb. But yeah it's a 12, in blue and unlocked
