4. Easy return/replacement should there be some defects. Google CS is horrid.
Though a $100 Best Buy gift card is better for most people than a $100 Google Store credit, so that's a factor too.

$50 of rewards certificates and $200 GC on top of the phone being next to free just from trading in a 3 year old phone. I guess I'm happy.
Note that the trade value drop appears to have only affected the 12 models currently … the 13 lineup still gets the full trade value (although obviously not as attractive as the original 12 deal)

They did say to go to the store and try to get the store manager to up the trade in value back to $799. Just seems like a hassle to everyone. My luck, they will not do anything at the store level.

They told me it would be no problem...then canceled it. Too late now, but they said it was because I used the same phone number (even though the first rep who helped me was the one who put the same phone number in). Oh well
