But yes, you can. I've done that with Spectrum offer to go from S24 to S24 Plus. Even pocketed a nice difference

What I really want to ask is after I receive the Pixel 9 and the $799 credit, can I go back to Best Buy within 30 days returning period and say hey I don't want this Pixel 9. Can I just exchange iPhone 16 for the same price of $799 after 16 is released?

My main worry is they won't ship it at all. They used to ship within 24hrs, now nothing for 48hrs. Recently, my orders were failing, probably because I got 2 phones last year to unlock after 6 months. Now, I opened with my gfs account, but same address, so maybe they are holding it due to that. But they did charge the card (although still pending).
