90% of morons on this thread will ruin the deal by asking dumb questions to Best Buy and possibly altering them to check trade in phone in details. Just keep your mouth shut when you go there to pick up the phone

Hmm, for me if I select a color on the first page of the wizard, my only options thereafter are the Verizon version. If I do it as I outlined, I get all the ATT options listed, and mine is one of them.

Bummer, they just reduced the trade in on the 12 pro to $899 when ordering the Pixel 9 Pro.

WTH? I was playing with the wizard some more, and now the trade-in value for iPhone 12 Pro has dropped to $899! The $200 BB GC is still there though.

edit: 13 Pro is still $999

I was right, they cancelled my order and probably working over cancellations!

Edit: and the order appeared again.. BB IT team is going crazy!

It just means you got signed out. If you sign in again the error will go away.

As long as they keep the $200 BB GC, the deal is still pretty solid to me even with the revised $899 IP12 Pro trade-in. If not, then I would say it's probably not worth it considering how much/quickly these pixels depreciate. Personally I'm looking at about $430 for the P9 Pro, not including the $200 BB GC.

Does the $999 trade in hold if you got the order in earlier? I see the wizard showing $899 but in my e-mail I still see $999. Will they honor the old price if you submitted the order beforehand?
