90% of morons on this thread will ruin the deal by asking dumb questions to Best Buy and possibly altering them to check trade in phone in details. Just keep your mouth shut when you go there to pick up the phone

Placed the order on the 13th, got charged right away, but just checked my CC statement online and says refunded. Anyone else got this? Has my order just been cancelled?

Did anyone get more than 3 of the Best Buy $100 / $200 gift cards if you ordered more than 3 Pixel phones? There was some mention of being limited to 3, but I see all of them on my various orders (4 phones in total, none picked up yet).

There was a post from someone who said he successfully placed 3 orders, each comes with one GC. When he placed the 4th one, it was cancelled. He posted that after he removed the GC for the 4th order (I don't know how that was done) then the order was accepted. That's why it was speculated that there's a limit of 3 GCs per account. We don't know if that's a fact.

I went to the store today and they said the order had something wrong when I placed it. They were nice enough to honor the deal, but it was not a smooth process

If you did the trade-in in-store, the rep should've given you a printed copy of the Trade-in Agreement with your signature on it (from the small screen that you signed with an electronic pen). That Trade-in Agreement isn't really useful because it only shows the $145 TIV that you got from BB. The promo TIV is from Google and is not listed on that agreement. Check your Order Summary in your BB account. If it now shows a very small charge or $0, then the promo TIV was applied and you'll get a refund in a few days.

No email about trade in processed! Just picked up email. I asked for a receipt, and he said I'll get it in an email.
