Not ideal for someone with large hands or a 40+ WPM typist.

On the flip side it is better than tying on touch screen and it portable too

Sooo there pro and con to everything

This seems like perfect companion for a living room / family room , Smart TV keyboard solid option for the kids with the spill protection type of keyboard / for road trips to leave in the glove box or the tuck right into backseat storage and not really worry of it gets sticky per say or lost at that price point ; and the small hands would work?

Might just grab one for the car

Grabbing one.

Going overseas. I'm thinking leaving macbook home and taking Legion Go. With this keyboard + foldable mouse + the $30 ROG charger/dock thing, I can use the Legion Go as tablet + computer + gaming. Any TV at a hotel I can set up as a workstation/entertainment center.

Only downside is there's no multi-device. Wish it had that.

would jump on this for the same purpose (sub the Go for the SteamDeck), if only it had a built-in touchpad as well. I've been using the Logitech K400 and it's so nice having the keyboard integrated with a touchpad. i just wish it had backlighting...

The Microsoft universal foldable keyboard is great for travel and way better tactile feeling than this, I had both and I wouldn't buy this for more than $5

Thanks for the input guys. I might go with the K400 instead. Makes for great couch use too.

Will this keyboard be good for a smart TV, or is it better to find one with a trackpad and newer released since this one appears to have been released in 2014?

just picked thisup.... it actually isn't that bad.. it definitelyfeelsh mooshy, but that was expected. it isn't terrible... i wouldn 't wanna write a paper on it though. I think the hardest thing is that pressing the spacebar requires more force than usual and so i'm not hitting it, but i think i can adjust to that. i wouldn't wanna write a paper using this keyboard, but i think i could. andI didn't expect it to be this small.. that is sorta nice. onething i didn't realiseis that this doesn't have the function row. not terrible bc i don't needit for whati'm going to use this keyboard for. it does have the globe key [ for macos ] which is nice. the logitech keys mini does not havethe globe icon.. even the official macos version doesn 't haveit.

overall, i'll def keep it... for 22.. glad i got one before it went out of stock. it's a good keyboard to use along with a drawing tablet bc it's so small. dunno if it actually will turn out to be good tho.. we'll see.

backlight would be nice, but i can see why it doesn't have it.. prob would have issueswith the 'spill proof'functionality.. maybe. would be nice, but w/e. another meh is it's micro usb.. i have a lot of usb c to micro usb adapters tho. def suggest getting those. no esc key def. dealbreaker if you use it at all....

i used the keyboardtowrite this... definitelymissing a lot ofspaces. i have to get used to where to press down on the spacebar.
