Price is still too high for NO return, NO exchange items.

Most of my wardrobe is factory and it's really not junk. Most of the shirts I've received are very high high quality. Only issue was one time the buttons didn't really match up with the holes and the shirt looked weird, this was one in like.. the 10 shirts I've purchased from there.

Anyway 15% off isn't actually that good a deal and I didn't find anything I liked this time around, but I just had to chime in and say j crew factory is totally, totally fine.

Do in store pickup. Look at the clothes, if you don't like them. Reject the pick up. Sale isn't made so they can't charge you.

If you get them delivered, you can't return as the shipping point has occurred and sale has been made.

In factory outlet B&M stores prices are cheaper e.g. Short sleeve casual shirts can be had for less than $25 which currently shows $34 ($40 - 15%) online but you may not find the same exact print. But I've bought them for $22-25 few weeks ago in online deal as well especially when it is no exchange no return.

It should be noted that JCrew factory isn't factory seconds etc. they're a lower tier line compared to JCrew. Same styles just cheaper materials. That being said, I don't think it's trash. I have a load of their items and have zero issues. The sale is eh.

These factory stores aren't "last season" items from J Crew. They're more cheaply made items specifically for these stores. Same for pretty much any major store with "factory" in the name. The place to look for last season items is on the clearance rack of the standard B&M stores, or sometimes in the "outlet" stores (though even with outlets you have to be careful, as most of that stuff is also specifically made cheaply for those stores. The actual last season items are the ones they only have a couple of, usually, in the racks of random things sorted by size)
